Ranking Guide

In addition to evaluating the three key concerns – a designated parking lot for wheelchair users, a handicap toilet and size of lifts – I also look out for other factors such as convenience, safety, helpfulness of the staff, ease of visit, location and design of the place.

After a visit, I will give the place of visit a rating between one and five wheelchairs (instead of stars), with one being poor and five being outstanding.

Briefly, the number of wheelchairs means:

- Wow!

- Very good facilities and is wheelchair friendly

- Good

- Basic requirements met

- A redesign is needed

Note: These are my personal ratings and opinions.
